Beach Bungalow 30a's location offers easy dock access to Camp Creek Lake, a 60-acre rare coastal dune lake bordered by Point Washington State Forest and leading directly to the Gulf and the Beach. It is a rare opportunity to take your kayak directly to the beach via the lake.  You can fish from the kayak along the way!  The new Camp Creek Lake Canoe & Kayak Launch is right across our quiet street only two homes away. The lake offers amazing sunsets over the Gulf with the dock as the perfect viewing spot, and a perfect spot to fish too!

Beach Bungalow 30a’s fully stocked kitchen is ideal to meet all your cooking and entertaining needs. The spacious family room with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and fireplace make for easy gatherings. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar for dining and entertaining and a deck with grill area off the dining room to enjoy the catch of the day! Spend some time on the screened porch for lounging, morning coffee, or wine and cheese in the evenings. The pool is completely screened, and surrounded by massive live oaks, palmettos, and ferns.
 

The luxurious primary bedroom with en suite bath provides sliding glass doors leading directly to the pool. A generous guest bedroom with a queen bed offers all the amenities needed, along with a lovely view of the pool. Additional guest room sleeps 3 with 2 bunks & 1 trundle bed. All 3 twin beds offer exceptional mattresses and are suitable for an adult.

All the best entertainment and dining options 30a has to offer are within minutes of the home. Enjoy exploring 30a and the neighboring beach communities of Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach right out your door.  Stroll, bike, shop & dine along the way.  The Big Chill, formerly The HUB, is .05-mile away, offering entertainment, shopping, and dining for the entire family.  Nearby Seaside and Grayton Beach are two special beach communities that can’t be missed while visiting 30a.

Deer Lake State Park is 1.5 miles away with a scenic boardwalk offering easy access through the dunes leading to a perfect beach, along with lake and Gulf views, hiking trails, fishing, picnic facilities and wildlife to enjoy.    
 

Beach Bungalow 30a offers a complimentary gas powered, street legal,  4-Seat Golf Cart (LSV), and comes ready with a full tank of gas. You are welcome to use the Golf Cart throughout your stay to go anywhere around 30a.  Get ready to enjoy the lake!  2 complimentary Kayaks and kayak carts are also included with your stay.
